Unless shown as otherwise, all items are in stock at our NZ warehouse, ready for immediate despatch.
We despatch within 24 hours, every business day. Many orders are despatched the same day.
All shipped items are insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
NZ orders are charged a single flat rate shipping fee of approximately $10.00 per order
NZ non-rural orders will be delivered by NZ Couriers (or one of their associated company's), or NZ Post.
NZ rural orders will be delivered by NZ Post or their local contractor. No extra charge for rural.

If your choice is invalid, please email us for shipping confirmation and costs.
Non NZ (overseas) orders are despatched via NZ Post Airmail, unless stipulated otherwise.
The stated delivery time to all overseas destinations is 15 business days. It is often much quicker.
Deliveries can be delayed by the mail/customs departments in your country.
