  • Unless shown as otherwise, all items are in stock at our NZ warehouse, ready for immediate despatch.

  • We despatch within 24 hours, every business day. Many orders are despatched the same day.

  • All shipped items are insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.

  • NZ orders are charged a single flat rate shipping fee of approximately $10.00 per order

  • All NZ orders will be delivered by NZ Post.

  • No extra charge for NZ rural.

  • On lower value orders you will have the choice of tracked (but non signature) airmail or tracked courier delivery.

  • Higher value items can only be sent via tracked signature required courier

  • The stated delivery time to all overseas destinations is about 15 business days.

  • Deliveries can be delayed by the mail/customs departments in your country.

  • Any such delays will be in addition to the transit time from New Zealand.
