- In the event of a warranty claim we will normally request the product be returned to us
- If a product is faulty on delivery, we will refund the cost you incur in returning it via airpost
- We reserve the right to repair, refund or replace any item found to be defective
- All electronic items are individually tested at our service facility before sale
- We carry a full range of spare parts, including clock and instrument mechanisms
